This is for people who want the science and structure of intelligent training paired with the fun and ease of a beach workout. Sessions blend strength, movement, and conditioning with a strong emphasis on form and thoughtful coaching — so you get real results without chaos or burnout. Groups are capped at 12 to ensure personal attention and a high-quality experience. Training takes place twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, creating consistency without overwhelming your schedule.
