I’m a movement-focused strength coach with nearly a decade of experience helping busy professionals train intelligently, move pain-free, and feel confident in their bodies for the long run. I was formerly a Personal Training Manager at Equinox, where I coached and developed trainers while working hands-on with clients across every stage of life. My approach prioritizes joint health, movement quality, and sustainable strength — not burnout, ego lifting, or random workouts. Clients work with me because they finally understand why they’re training the way they are, their pain goes away, and fitness starts to feel calm, effective, and aligned with real life. The result is more energy, better movement, and confidence that carries far beyond the gym.
