Small group beach training that blends structured, science-based strength with the relaxed energy of the South Bay. Train on the sand, surrounded by a supportive community, with coaching that actually pays attention to you.

Groups are capped at 12 to ensure form-focused coaching and personal attention. Sessions run twice weekly—Tuesday and Thursday mornings—creating accountability without chaos.
